The Ushers serve multiple roles for our Sunday services. The two person team readies the sound system and prepares the narthex. Before the worship service they meet and greet congregants, distribute the service bulletins, and help guests find appropriate seating. 

They assist in the service with the collection of the alms and directing the worshipers to the altar rail for the Eucharist. Following the service they restore the pews and sanctuary to its original setting.

They then count the offering, an important part of the audit process, and secure it for the treasurer and complete the attendance form for the parochial report. Approximately 8 usher teams rotate throughout the year.
